Inclusive Internships

  1. The INKEY project, a European initiative led by a consortium of organisations
    committed to making international internships more inclusive, has launched a
    large-scale surveys to better understand the barriers students face in accessing
    international mobility opportunities.
STUDENT SURVEY

NO STUDENT LEFT BEHIND

We are looking for current students, recent graduates, and former students who identify as students with fewer opportunities (such as those from low-income backgrounds, ethnic minorities, or students with disabilities), or who are simply interested in promoting more inclusive and accessible opportunities for all.  

  • Participation is voluntary and anonymous.

  • Responses will be treated confidentially and used solely for academic purposes.

  • The questionnaire takes approximately 8–10 minutes to complete.

If you participate in this INKEY SURVEY AND FOCUS GROUP, you may benefit from:

  • early access, within the EU4EU matching procedure, to companies awarded the INKEY Quality Label for Inclusion;
  • the chance of being selected for the final INKEY Conference in Brussels in 2027 (with reimbursement);
  • An Official Certificate of Participation from the INKEY Project Consortium that you can include in your CV.

Put your commitment to inclusion on the map

Your answers will contribute to the development of the INKEY model and the European Quality Label for inclusive internships. 

The survey is addressed to HR managers or staff responsible for inclusion and host arrangements.
Estimated completion time: approximately 10 minutes across 11 sections.

We welcome contributions from all types of organisations, regardless of their legal form, sector, size, or level of experience in Diversity & Inclusion, including private companies, social enterprises, cooperatives, public institutions, NGOs, non-profit organisations, start-ups, and other types of organisations.

All responses will be anonymised, aggregated, and processed in compliance with GDPR requirements.

Your answers will contribute to the development of the IN-KEY model and the European Quality Label for inclusive internships.

If you participate in this INKEY SURVEY you will benefit from:

  • access as hosting companies within the EU4EU matching procedure;
  • the chance of being selected for the final INKEY Conference in Brussels in 2027 (with reimbursement);
  • Participating organizations may also benefit from a pathway towards an international Diversity & Inclusion certification developed within the framework of the INKEY project.

CHANGE MOBILITY - SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE

This focus group aims to study  the barriers to participation in Erasmus+ international internship mobility programmes. It focuses on the real-world problems and obstacles you may encounter when deciding to do your degree internships in another country.

Who are we looking for?

 We are looking for current students, recent graduates, and former students who identify as students with fewer opportunities (such as those from low-income backgrounds, ethnic minorities, or students with disabilities), or who are simply interested in promoting more inclusive and accessible opportunities for all.  

We invite students (whether you have participated in Erasmus+ or not) to join an online discussion session to identify barriers to international mobility. 

The  Focus Group will take place the 30 June at 2:00 PM   and it will be online.

By joining this focus group and answering the survey, you will contribute to making the Erasmus+ program more inclusive. As a token of our appreciation, all participants will receive:

  • early access, within the EU4EU matching procedure, to companies awarded the INKEY Quality Label for Inclusion;
  • the chance of being selected for the final INKEY Conference in Brussels in 2027 (with reimbursement);
  • An Official Certificate of Participation from the INKEY Project Consortium that you can include in your CV.
