TPM IN ROME

On 27-29 May 2026, INKEY partners gathered in Rome, for the second Transnational Project Meeting (TPM).

Over three days, participants engaged in productive discussions, collaborative planning, and shared updates on
INKEY, a project that aims to make international internships more accessible for young people across Europe.

The INKEY project aims to develop an inclusive model to strengthen international internship mobility, enhancing employment opportunities for disadvantaged students facing economic, cultural, or physical barriers.

WHY IS INCLUSION IMPORTANT?

Inclusion is at the heart of INKEY, ensuring that international mobility is accessible to all students, especially those with fewer opportunities. 

By strengthening cooperation between universities, organizations, and businesses, the project creates pathways that support both educational and professional growth while reducing barriers to participation. Promoting inclusion not only fosters empathy, collaboration, and equal opportunity, but also helps address social and economic inequalities across Europe. 

Ultimately, INKEY contributes to a more resilient and innovative workforce by ensuring no talent is left behind.
